RETURNS POLICY
 
Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Company Management. However, our policy statement below will give you an idea of how we will approach refund / return requests.
 
GUARANTEE
All merchandise is guaranteed to be in the condition stated. If an item is 'new', it is guaranteed to be free from manufacturer defects. If an item is stated as a 're-issue', it is a reissue pressing guaranteed to be in a good playable condition.
 
COMPLAINTS
We have every confidence that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you have a complaint, then please address it to us in writing or by email [see contact page]. On receipt of your complaint, we will send acknowledgement and let you know our course of action. All complaints will be dealt with fairly, in confidence, and as quickly as possible.
 
RETURNS
Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies or defects. Any products that you receive that are damaged will be replaced free of charge, wherever possible [excluding shipping fees]. To return a damaged item you must first notify us within 7 working days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days and all returns must be pre-paid.
